General Terms of Service
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older, reside in the United States, and be authorized to enroll the mobile phone number you provide.
Payments & Deposits: Deposits are required to secure transport. Remaining balances are due at pickup and are paid directly to drivers.
Cancellations: Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Service Changes: We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
Liability: All American Pet Transport LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes or claims between you and All American Pet Transport LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms, our SMS service, or the Service must be resolved solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Disputes must proceed on an individual basis — no class actions or representative claims are permitted.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
